Herby pork fillet and roast roots
Ingredients
- 2lb of mixed roots, e.g small potatoes, parsnips swede, turnips chopped into chunks
- 2 sweet red or white onions cut into wedges
- grated lemon zest
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- grated zest of 1 lemon
- 2 tsp dried mixed Italian herbs
- 500g lean pork tenderloins
- 1 medium cooking apple
- 400ml hot chicken stock

Cheesy Chicken and Cous Cous
Ingredients
- Chicken breast fillets – 1 per person
- Flavoured soft cheese – e.g Philadelphia, Rondele or any local soft cheese
- Cherry tomatoes halved
- Thin slices of dry cured ham – e.g serrano
- Supermarket prepared cous cous salad
- Green salad

- Pork fillet or boneless chops
- Salt and pepper
- Oil
- Calvados
- Mustard – french, dijon, wholegrain
- A little milk (or crème fraiche if preferred.)
