Thanks once again to everyone who offered suggestions in our recent CoPilot satnav app competition. We hope the winners are pleased with their prizes and that you are all enjoying, in your own ways, a summer of motorhoming.
We were delighted that so many joined us in looking for new ideas to improve Club Motorhome. With the emphasis on 'new' we hope you are as delighted with Club Motorhome's new look (and tag line) as we are.
Taking on board many of your suggestions, the site is also being further developed. Reflecting and developing some of the ideas it remains our aim to offer something for everyone. Quite literally we aim to be the place were all your motorhome travel questions can be answered. Seven years ago when we started Club Motorhome we were very new to motorhoming ourselves and now having done many, many thousands of miles on the road feel we have learned so much and continue to do so. We are of the 'everyday's a schoolday' ilk and love to share our blunders as well as wonders.
Everyone is different and that is why along with the site we have revised memberships to reflect the wide needs of a motorhome club.
New to us is the social network feature - a place for fun, socialising and general chitchat. The forums remain for easier recall and reference and of course the ever growing network of stopping places and the ever increasing numbers including video content. Not forgetting the articles and travel blogs that are of great general interest to would-be travellers.
So seven years in and the work never stops but we feel this year's improvements have really embellished the site and to celebrate we are having another little prizegiving...
For every new Full Member, or Social Member upgrading to Full Member, or existing Full Member who renews, who is 7th, 17th, 27th and so on (up to 77th) following this article being published will have their subscription (£12.50) reimbursed. If a winner has chosen a lifetime membership, a sum of £12.50 will be refunded.
Winners will be selected by our subscription system records, which means that from NOW each subscription payment received that fits the above sequence will be returned to the paying member.
