- Tablespoon oil - I use olive
- 1 large chicken breast fillet, chopped onto bite size pieces
- Thumb size piece of fresh ginger -finely chopped
- 250g of green veg - brussels sprouts, green bean, broccoli or anything you like that can be cut small, few peas even.
- A fresh chilli any colour - chopped finely
- 2 large garlic cloves - crushed
- 2 dessert spoons of fish sauce
- Hot paprika
