Our refillable gas system
Our motorhome has 2 separate gas lockers, one on each side of the vehicle. This makes it more complicated to fit a legally conforming (in the UK) refillable system. Apparently UK gas regs only allow a maximum of 1.5m high pressure pipe run outside of a sealed and vented gas locker - not far enough to run between our cylinder locations.
So Gaslow/Gasit systems are not an option other than for individually refillable cylinders. these have to be out of the vehicle and standing on a forecourt to refill.
Another manufacturer/retailer in the UK is Safefill with their branded composite cylinders but again they apparently have to be out of the van to fill. I also understand that Safefill do not advise a permanent fix with an external filler point.

Important! As long as you keep your recurring payments in place your subscription will always be the same.... ie. if the subs ever go up, you are locked in at your original rate of £20 per year.
