DenBR commented on this post about 6 years agoHaving just had our motorhome stolen (and recovered, thank god) from our small narrow drive when it was parked close up against the garage and car in front of it, (How they got it out of that space without damaging the car we will never know!) Does anyone have any recommendations or advice regarding a wheel clamp. Something simple to operate but effective!Post is under moderationStream item published successfully. I park my work van up so the towballsI do also have slide on locks that fit on the habitation window catches, so they are more difficult to open.
I park my work van up so the towballs are touching, can't even walk between it and the camper, let alone get the camper out.
Mind you my habitation door will unlock with almost any key, so I just use the twist bars inside to keep it secure, ish. More ...
The windows all have four catches, except the bathroom and the van was parked up against the hedge on one side. We leave a narrow gap to enable us to access the electric hook up point as we keep it on trickle charge all the time.
