Overnight parking in Liverpool marina has been stopped.
The owners applied for planning to landscape the area and create 12 dedicated motorhome overnight bays with usual Aire style restrictions.
The council has rejected the planning application on the grounds of it not being in keeping with the flats overlooking the car park.
However it has gone to appeal but the petition and time to object has closed.
The silly thing is that if the marina hadn't applied for planning for the landscaping it could have carried on as it was.
