Contemplating replacing our 11 year old Elddis Autoquest (Noramai) with something newer, and quite like the look of the Roller Team T-Line 590, but my AWS workshop owner tells me that they are notoriously bad where leakage is concerned!! Is there anyone out there with personal experience of the brand or, preferably, this particular model, who could give me feedback based on personal experience??

I have just sold my year 2000 ci carioca 10, which are made in the same factory as the roller team.

      HoHi melv.
I have just sold my year 2000 ci carioca 10, which are made in the same factory as the roller team.
I had no problems whatsoever with it.

However I have seen a few newer CI's with high up brake lights at the back, all of which the wall was soft to touch and stained on the inside.
I would say they were all leaking water through that brake light.

Also. I'm slightly rambling on here but, we met a family in France on an aire a couple of years ago and they had a 7 berth transit roller team.
I think it was a 2013, he told me the story that shortly after buying it, he practically had to completely rebuild the nearside due to water ingress in the walls, behind both bunks and all down one side where the windows had leaked.
He ordered all the materials in from the factory in Italy and to be fair he did a good job, I'm sure he said it took him 3 months to do, including waiting for the materials to be sent over.

He told me the walls on the inside went all bumpy like they had been stippled with a paintbrush but harder and this was the early sign of the water ingress, so the chap said.

But then again he also said, well this happens to all motorhomes, nothing you can do about it!
To be fair he obviously loved the motorhome, but he was from Norfolk :(lol)
