Well, After many years of various different issues with our Fiat Ducato Autotrail Cheyenne 2008 reg we have bitten the bullet and order a brand new Autotrail F-Line 740, its on a Ford Chassis. We brought our Cheyenne second hand and five years old and over the next 7 years we have spent upwards of £5000 on various breakdowns, faults etc so we hope we can get at least some problem free motoring over the next few years.

We collect it on the 5th May and have managed to get a really great part exchange deal mainly because of the massive surge in people buying Motorhomes

Rear brakes leading to two different brake downs although they had been serviced/renewed within two months before. Electrics/starter motor again caused by water dripping on the wiring and starter motor. Form the invoices we have over £5000.00 in 7 years!  More ...

Just a word of advice re Ford's though, if you come to replace partsCongratulations on the new van. I'm sure it will be wonderful and do you proud.
Just a word of advice re Ford's though, if you come to replace parts be careful, for example a genuine air mass meter for a newer transit is about £230 but if you buy the air filter housing assembly it comes with the air mass meter but only costs £150!
