Overnight in Chester

Has anyone any experience of staying overnight at littel rodeo car park in Chester please?
We spent our first night sleeping off site at the sea life centre in Scarborough at the weekend and it was a very good night so we are building up the courage to try again.
Having had a caravan for 40 years we wanted the freedom of a campervan and so far have not been disapointed. The next step is going away without booking if we dare ⯑
I have no experience with Chester but we almost always stay off site, as you say.
When you get used to it, you wont regret it, no planning, no booking, no worries

Sorry, haven't stayed there personally but know others that have and they have had no problems.
