Hopefully someone will be able to help you with sites but from our own experience once you get across the channel you'll find just about all the Aires dog friendly.

Hi Transittrv. We don't have a dog, so don't know much about your question, but if it were me I would aim for the %-van 'licensed sites' (CLs/CAs) where you'd be in good countryside and have no bother with having a dog - providing you're a member of either CC or C&CC. If not, it would be worth joining, unless you need bigger sites for some other reason.
