Just had my van back after 8 days in garage for service , mot , rear spring replacement and new front discs and pads , apart from how long the garage took
when I got home today I found they had crushed the front sill on the passenger side of the cab and a few scratches on the passenger side of the living area , I took photos and went straight back to the owner of the garage to confront him , he denied all of it and any liability , he asked me to take the van back to him next week so he could see it himself but I replied " whats the point if he will not accept responsibility for the damage ?
As its the peak of our touring and holiday time I don't want to be without the van any more this summer so I,m thinking about one of the mobile repair services for a quote and repair but should I go it myself or push for him to pay for the damage ?
