Having just returned from a month around England and France, my completely unscientific observation is that the probability that a motorhome will initiate or return a wave is inversely proportional to the value of the vehicle. Tin Lizzie, our Compass Avantgarde, can fairly be described as a budget coach-built. We readily get waves from other standard coach-builts, but few from the more upmarket A class folk.
Is this the experience of other members?
Do A class people wave to other A class?
I confess I seldom wave to van conversions because it is hard to tell until the last second whether they are motorhomes or tradespersons.
