Hi Jim,

I'm pretty certain that this can only be down to your own Print/Printer settings :dry:

With the download open on your screen ready to print you need to make sure that the size is 'Actual'



And to make sure you have colour selected you need to look in your printer's properties



Make sure Grayscale is Off. These views in the photos may vary according to your browser and actual printer but the settings will be similar.
