Do you travel with an animal companion?

We do and his name is Digger

He's been with us for 4 years now and we don't know how old he actually is but we think around 7/8 years - but much less in his head though! :woohoo:

Lets see your pet photos....

Oh my they are cute.

We know a poodle called Da Vinci owned by some German acquaintances - do yours have such exotic names?

Thinking about the most unusual pets we have encountered; a parrot/cockatoo (sorry bird fans but I don't know my birdlife) , who happily travelled with a lead onto his masters' handlebars, a pair of lovebirds who were known as Henry and Isabella and a rather large pot bellied pig called Naomi. Never yet met a goldfish on travels. Makes me dizzy just thinking about it!

These are our 3 that travel with us. Unfortunately it was Mollie's last trip into Europe. She is 15 1/2 years old now, diabetic, blind and deaf and has arthritis (Mollie is the old girl chilling on the settee) Finn is our black & tan terrier/mongrel watching through the motor home window and Cachita is our little black terrier/mongrel with white markings. Finn & Cachita come from Fuerteventura, we rehomed them at the end of 2016 and brought them home with us February last year.

Our Spanish Water Dog, Dora, is very well-travelled, accompanying us as she does on all sorts of adventures across Europe. She likes to keep her friends up to date with where we are etc as you can see in this pic... IMG_1629.jpg

I have a few of my own under my sheds ... along with field mice, rabbits, various corvids and a pair of pigeons that poo all over snail ... Oh and a couple of foxes that come and keep the population under control, along with the stoat and the Owls that also keep things under control ... Nature has its own monitors ... it is only when we interfere that things go haywire

Yeah but the rats my neighbour has are attacking people's cats and pet rabbits.
I have shot a couple with my air gun.
Not seen any in my garden since

There must be a food source or they would not be there ... does he have chickens?
He can contact the council they will send someone out ... they don't like rats either

Well, if he thinks he's going in the MH , he can think again. I will hang him out to dry first.

Neighbour one side has chickens.
Other side has rabbits with food left out in a bucket and we have 10 fruit trees.
So all in all they are pretty well fed!
I have caught a couple in a trap and as I said shot at a couple but I stopped with the traps when I caught a hedgehog.
But I haven't seen any in rats in my garden for quite a while so I'm not too bothered by them.
