Rochester & Chatham Historic Dockyard

Rochester in Kent, is a lovely town with a beautiful cathedral, castle and an old high street with many independent shops. You can day park your motorhome on the Esplanade, a short walk from the castle.

Chatham Historic Dockyard is superb with a large car park suitable for motorhomes adjacent

For overnight parking checkout one of the Stopovers on the Club Motorhome website

Entrance tickets to the Historic dockyard are valid for a year, so you can re-visit free.
The Lady who gave the talk in the ropewalk was hilarious and very informative, she was worth the entrance fee all on her own.

Hi Duztee

Yes I know exactly what you mean!

The ticket price is quite a lot especially if you are on a budget.
However, worth every penny and it is really a great day out.

Thanks

PS Do you, or anybody else have a suggestion for a great day out?
