Does anyone know the rules and regulations of towing a car on an A frame in Europe?? i.e.
France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Germany etc etc..... I am getting conflicting info on the forums I have
been searching on. Quite a few say it is illegal but go for it as the police don't do anything but the last thing
I want is to be pulled over and fined.....
