Hello, joined yesterday and gradually working out how to navigate the site. So far very impressed. We've got an A class Rapido and last year discovered France. It was motorhome heaven and we're off again at the end of March for 2 months. The info on Aires I've found on this site is very useful (and will save a bit of space in the van that was full of books last year!) now I'll have what we need on my tablet, great.

I have been to the IOW many times on my own boat, would take the motorhome over if the ferries were not so expensive

Yes ferries can be pricey but good discounts if you book through CC or C&CC and a lot of commercial sites do very good deals. Ironically it's often a better deal for mohomers to come over than for us to get off.
