Hello everyone
Just bought a motor-home (never done it before) and we aim to start our Grand Tour of Europe in February for around 9 months.
I'm sure you folks have a wealth of information so would like to ask, if you in my position, hardly having seen anything of Europe, what 10 places would you suggest we visit and why?
Italy and France are our two main places of interest but we aim to take in Spain, Croatia and Germany too.
(No need to stop at 10 either)

Morothoming is not just about the destinations, the journey is amazing. Never realised I loved mountains but the amazing views driving over the Pyrenees or Alps takes your breath away.

Favourite places would be Tarn Gorges, Gorges of the Verdun and the Grosslockner High Alpine Road in Austria. Driving along the Med. coast from France to Spain. Had a wonderful time in Budapest. Just get information about Aires/Parking for Camping Cars and ACSI card for low season camp sites. Enjoy.

Grand tour sounds great.

Top ten places? That's a hard one but here are some suggestions

Italy - Verona, Pompeii, Venice, the lakes and the Dolomites
France - The Vosge, Jura Alps, Pyrenees
Spain - Barcelona, San Sebastian, Picos de Europa
Germany Colditz Castle, Dresden
Croatia, A drive down the Dalmatian Coast

How's that for a start?
