It appears that some MH carry those red warning stickers showing you have LPG gas on board and yet some don't.
What's the legal position here and abroad about this please?

I would say it is the law or manufacturers would save themselves the bother.
Personally I have an underslung tank so the LPG locker is no longer an LPG locker and I'm sure there are many about

I had a sticker on the Elddis but do not on the current Rapido. I'd better find out!

I've been rooting around a bit on't web and found this which appears to provide a fairly definitive answer.

Basically you only need a sticker if you carry gas in connection with work - phew!

Put one one in case you are involved in an accident or have a fire. This allows the emergency services to know were the gas bottles or tank is......

If you're going to splash out don't waste money on the vinyl ones they just fade away in no time.
