While travelling Europe, I noticed a type of "trailer" I have not seen in the UK (yet!). The trailer fixed to the towbar of the campervan with two Hitches, and had only two wheels. The wheels were more like Castors which you find on furniture, than conventional trailer wheels. They say a picture replaces a thousand words, so, see http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1X-NsNFDMdE&;NR=1&feature=endscreen to simplify my explanation. My questions are:

Has anyone managed to source such a trailer in the UK?

Does anyone have actual experience of using such a trailer, in particular, things that go wrong, eg a puncture one of the trailer tyres, how do you change the wheel, repair the tyre etc.

Thanks in advance.

Try: http://www.easylifter.co.uk/hydra-trail.htm . Don't have one ourselves but a friend saw a couple of people with them at this year's Isle of Man TT, reported that owners were very pleased with them.

We're bikers and are looking at ways we could take one of our bikes away with us & as they are both heavy and available payload is very limited, this might be a possibility.
