It seems our elektroblock has failed - having checked the fuses/wiring as advised by Udo Lang at Schaudt.
So we need to send it back for repair.
But we cannot get it out of the compartment.
We have a Hymer B544 and its located in a compartment next to the passenger seat. After disconnecting all the plugs, it can be lifted a few inches but refuses to come out.
Can anybody tell us what is holding it down and how to free it ?
