hi has anyone found a good remover of dried pine tree sap, sticky stuff remover is fine as long as its not dried but not so good when fully dry,

Best of luck with finding an answer to this one that will be non destructive.
I am drawn towards freezing the resin to make it brittle, much the same as you do with chewing gum, but how you can apply that degree of cold without a visit to the Nordic countries in the winter I have no idea.
If you do find the answer please post it back onto the forum as I am sure others must be waiting for the answer to this.
