Internet connection in Europe

:unsure: Being from Australia we have problems with setting up a 3G connection to our mifi. Last year 2014 we bought a europSIM but had the vodaphone SIM cancelled a couple of weeks after activating it - with no warning or being told about this action. I did however get my money back from europSIM.
has anybody got the latest info on how to get prepaid 3G particularly in France and Germany Thanks
