Hi we are going to Spain and thinking of staying on aires
would appreciate any feed back
we will be travelling from santander to barcelona and back
thanks for any help or advice
Hi camperhuw and :welcome1:

First place to look is at the Spanish stopovers on here.

There are plenty of Aires about these days so you have a fair choice of ones to use depending on how long you want to take on the journey and whether you want to travel in more or less a straight line, or take a bit longer to explore a bit off the direct route. Each of the stopovers we list on here has a lot of info so you should have a fair idea what to expect.

By all means ask away with any questions though, members on here are a very helpful bunch

Hi and Welcome
We have just returned from Spain and used a few aires along the Med Coast obtained from All the Aires Spain published by Vicarious Booksl Also good info on this site. We travel across Spain from the border north of Santander to south of Barcelona and find the aire at Cascante a useful stopover

Depending on the time of your sailing into or out of Santander, the aire at Lierganes can be very useful. it's free and is just a short drive from the ferry port. It's a nice town too.

We will be definitely staying there the first day.
Thanks very much for posting this to me.
