Users may access Club Motorhome content solely for their own personal, non-commercial use. Registration
By registering, you certify that all information you provide in the registration is accurate. Users may only maintain one active registration. In other words, it's one registration per person. By accepting this agreement, you certify that you have no other registration with Club Motorhome.
Club Motorhome reserves the right to revoke a registration or membership if the website administration considers that the member's intentions are not in the interest of the Club Motorhome community.
Refund Policy
There are no refunds of subscriptions after accessing the site as a full member.
If you decide that membership is not for you after subscribing you are not obliged to renew at the end of your selected subscription period.
If you selected automatic renewal you can cancel this at any time and you will retain whatever membership period is left until what would have been the renewal date. 7 days notice of upcoming renewal is issued by email and unless cancelled your recurring subscription will be collected on that renewal date and again is not refundable.
This policy of no refunds is simply because once a member has joined and logged in they have immediate and unlimited access to 'member only' content and benefits and that cannot be undone.
To explain: If you reside in the EU, and take out a full member subscription, you may change your mind for any or no reason and receive a full refund of all monies paid within fourteen (14) days (“Cooling-off Period”).
However, if you have logged in at any time during that Cooling-off Period you have therefore had access to the digital content and/or digital products (downloads) given through that membership you will not be entitled to a refund - you waive the right to any refund.
Simply put, our Refund Policy takes effect from the time you first log in as a paid member.

Club Motorhome Notifications
Registering with Club Motorhome means that you accept notifications from Club Motorhome by email.
Notifications are sent out when you first register, when your membership is due to expire and whenever there is activity on the website that may be relevant to your level of membership and/or personal involvement.
Notifications can however be switched on or off for various functions by individual members via their own 'profile'.
These notifications should NOT be reported as 'spam' - they are part of being a Club Motorhome member. Please do NOT join if you do not agree with this. Any reports of our notifications being marked as spam/abuse by our server hosting company will result in the reporting member being deleted from Club Motorhome.
Specific guidelines for using the UK Pub Stopovers.
IMPORTANT: The hospitality trade had a hard time before the Coronavirus pandemic arrived and many businesses will have suffered even more because its restrictions. Inevitably there will have been some closures whether temporary or permanent. Ensure that you contact the premises before making that journey!
1. It is the user's responsibility to establish the location is still offering the facility to stay overnight with a motorhome.
2. Once a potential night-stop is selected you must telephone or email the premises to confirm availability and any requirements that they may have in return for you using the parking facility. This is to ensure that you don't have a wasted journey due to possible changes regarding business ownership, policy or closure etc.

3. If you find that there has been a change to a listing please update the information by adding a comment to the facility at the bottom of each location's page. This will keep the published information as current as possible and will be very helpful to other members.
4. Whilst many of these locations don't charge anything for parking they are businesses and they obviously hope to get some business in return for their hospitality. This is why we don't promote them as 'FREE Stopovers'. Please be sure to patronise the business!
5. Base information to compile these lists has come from various sources including recommendations, member submissions and personal contact and is not guaranteed by Club Motorhome.
6. Locations have also been checked and confirmed using Google Earth and where possible Google Streetview.
7. Club Motorhome has no association, business or otherwise, with any businesses listed.
8. All information is believed to be correct at the time of writing
9. Your use of these lists confirms that you accept that Club Motorhome is not liable or responsible for any inaccuracies within.

If it is helpful to the original poster's question or relevant to the ongoing thread then it is acceptable to 'mention' other such sources but, please do not provide web links to them however well meaning your intentions. A Google search will provide the relevant links should the poster wish to explore information outside Club Motorhome.
You agree not to 'spam' on the forums. This means that you will not provide links to your own website unless it is part of a reply to a genuine, related, query placed by another member. Topic titles may not contain links of any kind. It also means that you may not include links to unsuitable websites ie. pornography, counterfeit goods etc.
Rules for Traders - by the term 'Traders' we mean anyone who is professionally connected to the motorhome industry Dealers, Hire Companies, Suppliers of products or services etc. etc.
It is not acceptable to post adverts for your business activity on these forums. We welcome your input as a member of this motorhome community but please stay on the right side of the thin line between constructive, helpful posts and blatant advertising (SPAM). Further to this it is no longer allowed to register a username that is your email address or the same as your business name (the ONLY exception to this is if registering SOLELY to place adverts in the classifieds - no forum posting allowed for such a registration) and your avatar may NOT be your logo. You may however include a link to your business in your profile but NOT in your forum signature unless you currently support Club Motorhome by way of advertising with us.
We try to keep the Club Motorhome website and forums as free as possible of rules but from time to time individuals actions on the website necessitate new rules being included. We reserve the right to modify and amend these terms at any time without notice so please check them regularly.
