Ginger Chicken


  • Tablespoon oil - I use olive
  • 1 large chicken breast fillet, chopped onto bite size pieces
  • Thumb size piece of fresh ginger -finely chopped
  • 250g of green veg - brussels sprouts, green bean, broccoli or anything you like that can be cut small, few peas even.
  • A fresh chilli any colour - chopped finely
  • 2 large garlic cloves - crushed
  • 2 dessert spoons of fish sauce
  • Hot paprika
