Tablespoon oil - I use olive
1 large chicken breast fillet, chopped onto bite size pieces
Thumb size piece of fresh ginger -finely chopped
250g of green veg - brussels sprouts, green bean, broccoli or anything you like that can be cut small, few peas even.
A fresh chilli any colour - chopped finely
2 large garlic cloves - crushed
2 dessert spoons of fish sauce
Hot paprika

8 pork meatballs (I use bought ones which are quite large)
