A new law in France for any large vehicles over 3.5 tonne/ 3500kg (including motorhomes) has been introduced from the 1st January, 2021 aimed at reducing accidents due to any ‘blind spots’ on these vehicles. These vehicles are now required to display warning stickers on the rear & sides showing the location of any blind spots on the vehicle - the aim being to warn any vulnerable road users such as motorcyclists/ cyclists & pedestrians who may drive or pass behind an HGV.
The signs should be displayed on the rear & sides at a height between 0.9m & 1.5m from the ground. The signs (pictured above) appear to be widely available on the internet for a few euros if you search for ‘autocollant angles morts’.

I hope you guys don't mind, I have been looking for the definitive list of what we can or cannot stuff into our motorhomes when travelling into Europe, found and provided another link. Right then, let's have a conversation, I watched the now Mr Trump leave the White House, and, the then President elect Biden take his vows. I then spoke my wife and realised that at age 70 I been privileged to witness many momentous events, I have seen either TV or first hand Royal weddings, Princess Margaret was the first watched live on TV, right up to the present with controversial match of Prince Harry. I watch various space rocket launches including the first moon landings. We just happened to have the telly on when the S A S stormed the embassy in London, why I don't know but even President Kennedy being shot, I was even present when the Pope landed at RAF Leeming. I think like an awful lot of you guys sat transfixed when the Berlin wall came down, Two questions then, what do you remember, and, are these so momentous because very few things were "live streamed" and instant news was not available, unless of course you had ticker tape. over to you folks.
