Hi. Very new to this site. Trying to get the Mobile App installed but failing. Is it still running on Android?

Hi and welcome. The mobile app facility only works on the social network/timeline part of the site.
As that has limited use it's not currently enabled.
If it ain't broke..... Don't fix it!
