The Spanish police (Trafico) have a regularly updated website which gives a lot of good information for motorhomers who are going to be visiting Spain.

The information is 'straight from the horse's mouth' so should be regarded as accurate unlike a lot of the drivel that circulates other areas of information ;)

The site is run by serving officers of the Guardia Civil Traffic Department who are based in the Torrevieja area of the Costa Blanca.

They also run a similar Facebook page (N332) but if you're not on Facebook then their direct website is Driving in Spain

Thee is also now an app (in English) for smartphones that can be used to alert the Spanish police forces in the case of an emergency. I have no idea how or whether it works, but it does look very clever.

Here is a video with English subtitles explaining all about it B)
