I am A Spanish Guy living in souther Sapin and its a dreadful disaster that all UK TV channels have been turned off from my region. I am a huge fan of UK reality shows and now its a nightmare that i cannot watch them. But I recently found out that VPN can overcome the problem. I use PureVPN it works fin for UK TV in spain
