Is there anyway of getting over the flat battery? My van is 2yrs old the manual says disconnect the battery when standing for 5 days but that takes the alarm and locking systems off line. I've already replaced the first battery due to constantly discharging. I discovered the cameras where discharging so they are now off the leisure batteries but still suffering. Any solutions for overcoming the problem? I even tried a small solar panel but that failed to keep up and now of course its winter. Is there anyway of using the 240v hook up? I'm very nervous about the van electrics as my first van had its electircs fried when the garage plugged a 24v charger in to start it before we even got to use itI The van only charges the leisure batteries the feed from them back is not connected.
