Been busy with work but most of all had to start a major refurb on my motorhome. It seems the previous owners didn't look after her very well and I have found water damage within the walls. I have had to start a major strip out and rebuild. Hopefully plan is for me to have her ready for Silverstone in July. katmax commented on this post about 3 years agoI would love to share a picture of what my motorhome looks like now but i keep getting file size errors. Can anyone offer advice or reason. I can add a picture of the camper its self but not of the work inside. They are both JPEGS.

Hi Sean, photos need to be a reasonable size, say 100/200kb each. Modern camera photos are just so big they take up lots of (expensive) space on the More ... -

Deleted User commented on this post about 4 years agoHi everyone, purchased my first Motorhome after considering for many years. Finally made the plunge and got my wife and I a 1985 Fiat Ducato Autostratus. Needs a bit of cosmetic work but hopefully will have many years of traveling fun.

I was very lucky to find this, went down to view other motorhomes, walked round the corner of their workshop and this old girl caught my eye. -
Just need to spend a few weeks conducting some serious TLC so it will be fit to live in. I will post updates once completed.

Always seem to have more room/space in the older moho ... the more modern ones feel cramped to me ... lt all looks in good order and just needs a few More ...

They were good vans. I know a guy who bought one brand new in 1985. He had it over 20 years before buying another new van -
