    Well the powerboat is back!
The guy who bought it from me has money issues and I did a deal to buy it back for a great price.
The sailing boat is gone and now belongs to an 85 year old who I see onboard it regularly.

Still no motorhome in my life though....

Well, I am still motorhome-less at the moment.
My smaller sailing boat is now on a harbour wall in Cornwall.
During the winter I bought a 43 year old British built motorsailer boat to help an old guy I know out, both he and his wife the their 80's with a broken boiler but wouldn't accept charity.
So I bought the boat on a whim and they got the boiler repaired in time for Christmas.

I'm enjoying the boats but do miss a motorhome and I do want to travel more again.
However with kids being 15 years old and wife being happy at home, it's difficult to justify at this moment in time .....

They haven't been down the coast with me at all since my last post in August!

However I'm still looking around for the "right" van to appear and will be back in the game one day

Well the "new" sailing boat works and what is most amazing, all the family have been on it!
    I'm still in shock!

Well, I now have the boat up for sale.

The wife and kids definitely don't want to be part of it, mind you the kids are at "that age", but saying that, I took my son sailing for the first time in years and he was so happy and at ease, more so than I have seen in a long time, which was great to see and I really enjoyed my time with him for a change.
He definitely likes a gentle slow sailing day rather than a 50mph jumping waves day.

So I have bought another small sailing boat and we are off all next week and I will try to get him to do more with me.

Got someone looking at the "big" boat tomorrow, I'm optimistic for a change too, if it sells, I will be looking at some form of motorhome/camper again but maybe a pop top van as it will still mainly only be me on my own most times and hopefully occasionally the boy maybe.

Of course I also have my dad's powerboat I can use as my own too, which is good......

Nothing to do with motorhomes at all but thought I would add another few pics of my boat.
Been about a fair bit in it, staying in different places.
I have noticed prices on some motorhomes dropping, so I'm starting to look again.....

A friend is buying a brand new Adria and when it arrives he is going to offer the autostratus to his brother and if he doesn't want it, I have first refusal.

I still have nothing to report on the motorhome front but I have noticed that more are being listed for sale now the winter is beginning.

I also here from a "reliable" source that the changes to the towing laws went through parliament yesterday and will be announced soon, so I can then tow the boat with a camper legally at last!

Anyway here are a few more random boat pics including one of the 5.8L V8 Ford 351 engine that sounds lovely!
