This recipe might not be to everyones taste so please don't take the hump. However, it is very nutritious and will keep you going all day with out the need to stop for a drink.
Ingredients
1. Camel head (ask your butcher to de-skin it for you)
2. large onions
1. pint of chicken stock (use vegetable stock if you are vegetarian)
A bay leaf and a pinch of salt & pepper
Method
Throw it all in the pot, boil for 4hrs strain and serve with crusty bread
Season to taste
