Good news was Carmen tows a dream behind our old Beringo.
Had a steady drive to the Chanel tunnel overnight at Calais and then another steady drive to Germany and breathed a sigh of relief.
At 65-70mph she towed steady as a rock.
Put her straight to bed in her heated garage at our log cabin/hunting lodge on the Mosel.
Weather here is roasting so looking for some 'Old timer Kafer events locally this summer to show her off. Still have the Concourse badges on the glove box from last time she was amongst her relations.
