Hello fellow motorhomers. We will be taking our MH to France at the end of the month (thanks for useful tips about staying at City de Europe!) We have heard that some French campsites have reverse polarity. Does anyone know where we can buy an adaptor lead should tis be the case. We have bought a tester kit.
Thanks folks

Have a look on Ebay - there's a few to choose from:

Have you also got an adapter for the 'old style' French outlets? (Round, 2 pin)

I used to check the supply for reverse polarity each time I plugged in, but I can't remember the last time I did this. Your equipment will work fine in positive or reverse polarity - the only problem would appear is if you tried to work on a piece of electrical equipment with it plugged in, but turned off. The switch might have switched off the return connection, and not the live connection.

If you feel safer, for a few quid, it's worth buying the changeover lead.
