Hi all,

If your toilet flush water comes direct from your fresh water tank (via a non return valve ;) ) you may be flushing precious drinking water away needlessly.
A spray bottle with a diluted mix of either "Thetford Pink Rinse" or a "quality disinfectant", can be used to spray the bowl rather than flushing, especially if only having a quick piddle. ;)

We've used that method for some years now, using a Hozelok garden spray bottle to apply the cleaning agent. It leaves a coating on the bowl ready for the next usage, and, it leaves a nice smell in the toilet compartment.

Cheers for now,

Jock & Rita.

Those squirty bottles are great for blasting any 'stubborn' marks away too ;)

Good tip Jock  .

If it ain't broke..... Don't fix it!
