Hi - we have a 2010 9066df Rapido (Fiat Ducato 3l comfortmatic 180 multi-jet)) which has a Strikeback T alarm fitted by Van Bitz in Taunton.

We've had no problems until last Friday when we de-activated the alarm. As usual all the indicators flashed to say it was de-activated. However the front RHS one stuck on and we couldn't get it to turn off even when the ignition was off.

The handbook was useless in identifying which fuse would deactivate it so we finished up taking the bulb out. Tried it again today and still on. Someone suggested you could re-set the indicators by turning on/off alternatively 3 times but this hasn't worked.

Van Bitz say to bring the van down so they can check it out but Sheffield to Taunton is quite costly so if anyone has any ideas - they would be much appreciated.

We are trying to get hold of a manual but have been unsuccessful so far.

Chris
