Where can I get new runners for exterior storage box ?

following on from my problem service - tried to open the storage box which slides out on runners but was jammed solid , when I did get it open it seemed to twist on the guides and the roller bearings and races fell out , question is where can I get replacements ,
complete or part of , I have tried several online sites but no joy , the van is a Compass Calypso so I have tried several Compass / Elddis dealers but no joy ?
HELP please ,someone must have had similar problem and we are off for a weeks holiday in 8 days time so I need it fast :woohoo:
