Anybody out there had this problem, the step when fully in, the alarm does not go off, it beeps all the time, driving me crazy.
I can't see a button underneath, thought it might be a bit dirt prventing it to close the sensor but can't see anything under.
Will the complete step need to be taken out and stripped down to get to the sensor ??
All ideas help will be appreciated.
