I believe lots of members may have just received an email saying their subscription has expired.

These are erroneously being sent out by the website's previous hosting company - I'm trying to find out why :pinch:

The email content is as follows:

You may not be aware that your subscription to 'Club Motorhome' has expired.

We hope that you enjoyed your membership and that you will still renew your subscription, you can do this by going onto the website and logging on - you will be directed to the upgrade/renewal pages in the 'Members' section of the menu.

If you have decided not to renew, then we apologise for disturbing you and wish you happy travels.

You'll see that the signature includes an ip address rather than http://www.clubmotorhome.co.uk. This is the clue that it's not a correct email. There is nothing unsafe about the email but it is definitely in error.

If you receive one by all means let me know but otherwise just ignore it please.

Many thanks for that Neil, I received one this morning. Thankfully I didn't reply as it seemed a bit strange as we have renewed. Rita
