Just a polite request.....

Recently I have had to edit a few members' posts to remove links to other stopover resources. In all cases I know that the links were included to help the original poster and were included with the very best intentions.

There are very few rules that are necessary on this website but not posting such links is one of them - Forum Rules

By all means, if it's relevant (and necessary), mention the other resource so that the original poster can look it up but it is the links that are a no-no. It's pretty standard practice with competing resources, especially commercial ones, and I'm confident that none of the ones concerned would allow similar links to Club Motorhome.....

So please do help each other out with information but no links, thank you for your understanding

If it ain't broke..... Don't fix it!

I just thought I would say, I have been told the same thing for posting links to club motorhome on Facebook groups.

I'm scared of Caromac here so I wouldn't dare! :-)

Thanks to you for giving us CM.

Rolling on and enjoying life on the road
