Just to clarify what these emails do, they are sent out prior to and on expiration of a subscription that has been taken for Club Motorhome.
They do cause some confusion for which I apologise. If, for example, a member takes out a Free Forum Member subscription and later upgrades to one of the paid full subscriptions there are then 2 subscriptions running.
The confusion comes when a reminder is sent out when the first one expires but the second (and current) one still has some time to go.
For the time being this is how the system behind the subscriptions works. If you receive a reminder and you don't think its due you can always check to see your up to date position here - My Subscription Details
